More than 30-units in Kopar at Newton found buyers during the circuit breaker period with a 3-bedroom Pent-house sold despite many people thinking that property market will be done during this virus crisis. It remained as a top selling project in the Core Central Region (CCR) in Singapore with its PSF comparable to that of those launches in Bukit Timah area. Many buyers are worried that property prices will increase once the gate to foreigner re-open and more cooling measures might be implemented and since low bank rates, many buyers see this covid-19 as an opportunity to invest in the property market. With that, we would expect The Atelier to have good response when it launches in 2021 as it will have a “spill-over” effect from Kopar At Newton for buyers who not able to purchase or miss out a unit there.
